Fonderia Pecora is sensitive to the problem of the environmental impact of its processes.
For this purpose, as well as eliminating several processes and products which are harmful to the environment, we have modified the entire foundry division with the installation of a system for the interception and breaking down of fumes and oily mist from the process. As confirmed by a recent survey on the quality of air emissions, the result is that the presence of free metals in the atmosphere has been reduced by 90% with respect to the values permitted by law.
In addition, with a recycling and cooling system for the water used in the process, the only water we consume is the quantity due to natural evaporation.
